Your body has changed. Your training should too.

Pregnancy and the postpartum period are two of the most significant physical transitions a woman's body can go through. Your posture shifts. Your core changes. Your energy fluctuates. And yet, most fitness advice — and most personal trainers — aren't specifically trained to navigate this with you.

At Routine Personal Training, Don Huan holds a specialist certification in Training Pregnant & Post Partum Clients, issued by Fitness Innovations Singapore and approved by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). This isn't a general PT who "also works with mums." This is a coach who trained specifically to understand what your body needs — and what it doesn't — at every stage.

What we focus on

During Pregnancy

Exercise during a healthy, uncomplicated pregnancy is not only safe — evidence strongly supports its benefits for both mother and baby. We build strength progressively, with full awareness of trimester-by-trimester changes. No guessing. Just purposeful movement, tailored to exactly where you are right now.

After Birth

The postpartum period is not the time to rush back. It's the time to reconnect — with your breath, your pelvic floor, your core — before layering intensity back in. We start where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

Planning Ahead

The strongest foundation for a healthy pregnancy and postpartum recovery is built before conception. If you're planning ahead, now is an ideal time to build functional strength, understand your core, and establish a movement practice that will serve you well through every stage.
